The vision for my gourmet chocolate manufacture:

Enjoy fresh and exlusive chocolates
with high quality and exclusive indivual design.

All products are carefully handmade- with patience and passion in a very creative way. Everything I produce is unique, of extradordinary quality and with creative decoration.

I work only with fresh ingredients with high quality, finest French chocolate (Valrhona) and Vanilla from Tahiti or Madagascar. I do not use preservatives or flavor enhancer! In addition all used wines and alcoholics are from the region.

My experiences as a pastry chef in highly reccomanded Hotels and confectioneries in Europe as well as the membership in the German National Team for cooking inspired my new and modern way of manufacturing, processing and presenting of my sweet arts.
